‘Varroa Resistant Bees’ with Rhona Toft

Delighted to welcome Rhona Toft talking to us re ‘Varroa Resistant Bees’ – rerranged from last November.

Rhona has over 20 years of beekeeping experience and is a BBKA Master Beekeeper.

Since 2007, Rhona’s colonies have been managed without any Varroacides.

Instead, she has developed a population of Varroa Resistant bees and now manages up to 80 colonies with her husband Richard as a small business in Worcestershire.

This promises to be a fascinating evening. Meeting open to all members.
