There was overwhelming support for the continuation of the Honey Show at last year’s AGM.  One of the ideas put forward in that Members’ discussion was that we hold a ‘Honey Show Preparation’ evening where Experts and previous Prize Winners demonstrate/pass on their processing and preparation tips and this is what we aim to do at this meeting.

We shall use last year’s Schedule as a guide for the Class entries (some classes may change!), but please do bring any samples/equipment/queries etc that will help in the discussions.

In response to members’ views at the AGM, the Committee has been busy and there are already behind-the-scenes preparations well under way for our Honey Show in the autumn.  However if you have any further ideas please bring them too!  We’re always open to suggestions……
